Why can't Hootsuite post to Facebook groups?

Same reason as Buffer: Facebook's Graph API doesn't expose group posting to third-party cloud apps anymore (the publish_to_groups permission was removed in 2020 due to spam abuse). Cloud services like Hootsuite simply don't have access to your browser session, which is the only way to post to groups in 2026.
